The Netbird Nutrition education curriculum covers everything from fuelling for performance and recovery, to the menstrual cycle, peri/menopause, and building a healthier relationship with food.

02Onboarding
You get access to the app, complete the onboarding questionnaire and receive your welcome pack and onboarding videos.
03Personalised programming
Your programme is built around your goals, injury history, position, season phase, equipment and schedule, with nutrition education running alongside.
04Ongoing support
Weekly check in, in-app chat as needed, and an 8 week review to make sure we keep you moving forward towards your goals.

About Rachel
Coaching built by a netballer, for netballers
I'm an S&C coach and Nutritionist with a MSc in Nutrition, a background as a Clinical Pharmacist, and experience in elite netball including Super League competition.
I built Netbird Performance because I believe every netballer, regardless of age, ability or where they are in the world, deserves access to quality coaching that addresses both the physical demands of the sport and the nutrition realities of being a female athlete.
My approach is education-led, performance-focused, and built around keeping Netballers on court doing what they love, performing at their best, for longer.
